利用有限元分析软件MSC-Superform2005模拟铜合金三通件多向加载方式的成形过程。分析多向同步、分步、顺序加载三种不同成形方式的金属等效应变以及加载成形时凸模的载荷—行程曲线,得出了多向分步加载为较佳的工艺方案。根据模拟工艺参数,验证铜合金三通件的工艺参数及模具结构的正确性及可行性,为此类零件的成形提供理论及实践参考。
The finite element analysis software MSC-Superform2005 is used to simulate the forming process of multi-directional loading of copper alloy tee. The metal equivalent strain of three different forming methods with multi-directional synchronization, step-by-step and sequential loading and the load-stroke curve of the punch during loading and forming are analyzed, and the multi-directional step loading is obtained as the better technological scheme. According to the simulation process parameters, the correctness and feasibility of the process parameters and mold structure of the copper alloy tee are verified to provide theoretical and practical reference for the forming of such parts.
