我们试制成一种可嵌于仪器内壁上的小型土压力金,用于直接测定土体表面的正应力. 为了方便起见,选用市售的BPR-2型压力传感器作为换能元件,压力盒则用磷铜整体制成.一次膜厚为0.2mm,二次膜即为BPR-2型传感器之膜片,传力液选用高绝缘性的纯净硅油.整个压力金的结构见图1. 为避免传力误差并能有较好的线性度,我们采用了漫没法来灌注传力液,其密封过程亦在液面下进行.计算与率定结果表明:当抽气达10~(-2)
