As the private security industry in Canada has entered a rapid development stage in terms of business development and number of employees during the past 10 years, and many structural problems have arisen with the development of the private security industry (for details, see "China’s Security Council 2008 No. 7). These problems are the ones that the former private security industry has never covered in its development. The requirements of the times must make major changes and adjustments to all aspects of the private security industry. As we all know, since the 1960s, Canada has enacted relevant bills on the development of the security industry and has played an important role in the development of the private security industry for a certain period of time.
