目的:验证正在研制的职业卫生标准“工作场所空气中六氟丙烯的热解吸气相色谱测定方法”。方法:用活性炭管吸附空气中六氟丙烯,热解吸仪解吸,以SE-54毛细管柱分离,氢火焰离子检测器测定。结果:方法的线性范围为0~0.202μg/ml,相关系数r=0.9997,回归方程Y=386.09X+1.026。方法检出限为4.2×10-4μg/ml,最低检出浓度为0.014 mg/m3(以采集3 L空气计算)。高、中、低浓度的精密度分别为4.18%、4.25%、6.87%,回收率>93.98%;采样效率可达100%,铝箔袋采样后,室温下放置第5天平均下降率为4.40%,样品室温下至少可稳定5 d。结论:该方法各项指标均达到GBZ/T210.4-2008《职业卫生标准制定指南第4部分:工作场所空气中化学物质测定方法》的要求,可作为工作场所空气中六氟丙烯的检测方法,适用于工作场所空气中六氟丙烯的测定。
OBJECTIVES: To verify that the occupational health standard being developed is “Method for the determination of hexafluoropropylene in the air at workplaces”. Methods: Activated carbon tubes were used to adsorb hexafluoropropylene in the air. Desorption was performed with a thermal desorber. The samples were separated on a SE-54 capillary column and detected by a hydrogen flame ionization detector. Results: The linear range of the method was 0 ~ 0.202μg / ml, the correlation coefficient was 0.9997, the regression equation was Y = 386.09X + 1.026. The detection limit of the method was 4.2 × 10-4 μg / ml with the lowest detection limit of 0.014 mg / m3 (calculated by collecting 3 L of air). The precision of high, medium and low concentration was 4.18%, 4.25% and 6.87%, respectively. The recovery rate was more than 93.98%. The sampling efficiency was 100%. After the aluminum foil bag was sampled, the average descending rate of the fifth day at room temperature was 4.40% The sample is stable for at least 5 days at room temperature. Conclusion: The indexes of this method all meet the requirements of GBZ / T210.4-2008 “Occupational Health Standard Setting Guide Part 4: Determination of Chemical Substances in the Air of Workplace”, which can be used as the detection method of hexafluoropropylene in the air of the workplace , For the determination of hexafluoropropylene in the air in the workplace.
