在沈阳举行的2001中国沈阳新世纪新发展论坛上,著名经济学家肖灼基指出,在未来10年内,我国从事5大职业的人财富将迅速增长。这5个职业中排行首位的是科技企业家,第二类职业是私营企业主、个人企业主和股民。另外三个职业分别是金融证券的高级管理人员、外资企业的中国的代理人、中介机构的高级专家。从事这3类职业的人之所以能够成为资产过百万的中等收入阶层,与我国即将入世,逐步与国际接轨有着密切的关系。世界经济发达国家非常重视高级管理人才在企业中的作用,所以他们的收入相当高。在入世之后,国外中介机构可以进入我国经营,而在国外像律师、精算师、会计师这样高级的中介专家收费很高,这就势必大幅度提高在我国从事这些行业人的收入。
Speaking at the 2001 Shenyang New Century Development Forum in Shenyang, renowned economist Xiao Zhuoji pointed out that over the next 10 years, China's wealth in five major jobs will grow rapidly. The first of these five occupations is a technology entrepreneur, while the second is a private entrepreneur, individual entrepreneur and shareholder. The other three professions are senior managers of financial securities, agents in China of foreign-funded enterprises, and senior experts in intermediaries. The reason why these three kinds of occupations can become the middle-income class with over one million assets is closely related to our forthcoming accession to the WTO and our gradual integration with the world. The world's economically developed countries attach great importance to the role of senior management in the enterprise, so their income is quite high. After China's accession to the WTO, foreign intermediaries can enter our country, while senior foreign intermediaries such as lawyers, actuary and accountants charge very high fees, which is bound to substantially increase the incomes of people engaged in these industries in our country.
