用抗非神经元烯醇化酶(NNE)抗体研究6~38周人胚胎、成人视网膜和视网膜母细胞瘤中Mülller细胞的分布。发现Müller细胞呈放射状,胞体位于内核层,分支包绕神经元的胞体和突起。不同视网膜Müller细胞的分支和NNE含量有差异,提示与视网膜的功能状态有关。
The distribution of Mülller cells in human embryos, adult retina and retinoblastoma for 6 to 38 weeks was studied using anti-NNE antibody. Müller cells were found to be radial, with the soma at the inner nuclear layer and the branches surrounding the soma and projections of the neurons. Different retinal Müller cells branch and NNE content differences, suggesting that the functional status of the retina.
