县级党校图书资料工作是为党校教学、科研服务的工作部门,图书资料、信息工作也是党校教研水平的一个重要标志。目前,县级党校大多数资料、信息工作而言,基本上还处在自我服务状态,服务内容粗浅、服务对象单一、服务模式陈旧,不能很好适应教学、科研发展的需要。因此,应加强对图书管理员的继续教育;加大资金投入;提高藏书质量;加强对信息资源的开发利用等方面入手加强图书资料工作。
County-level party school books and materials for the party school teaching, scientific research services department, library materials, information work is also an important symbol of the party school teaching and research level. At present, most data and information work in county-level party schools is basically still in the state of self-service, with superficial service contents, single service targets and outdated service modes, which can not well meet the needs of teaching and scientific research and development. Therefore, we should strengthen the librarian’s continuing education; increase capital investment; improve the quality of collection; strengthen the development and utilization of information resources and other aspects to strengthen the library and information work.
