新课程理念提出:培养学生的自主学习能力。什么是叫自主学习?自主学习即教师采用创新性教学思想,让学生通过创新性的学习方式,培养学习兴趣,激发自身潜能,自主汲取知识。那么,如何去实现这一理念呢?根据多年的教学实践,需要做到以下几点:第一,教师要勇于打破陈规,敢于标新立异;第二,课堂内容优质化,教学手段创新化;第三,转变观念,联系实际,寓教于乐;第四,转变评价机制,避免教育动机功利化。
The idea of the new curriculum put forward: to develop students’ self-learning ability. What is self-learning? Autonomous learning that teachers use innovative teaching ideas, so that students through innovative ways of learning, develop interest in learning, stimulate their potential, self-knowledge. So, how to achieve this idea?
