Introduction: With the development of society and economy, employment patterns, distribution of benefits and forms of organization all show obvious diversification features. Under this circumstance, college students also have diversified personal values and outlook on life. This puts forward higher requirements for the work of Communist Youth League in colleges and universities and guides students to establish correct values through effective operation mechanism.
