《陕西省海绵城市规划设计导则》日前发布实施。《导则》指出,海绵城市建设仅对城市低影响开发进行设计指引。其中提到,建筑与小区、城市道路、绿地与广场、城市水系等典型城市下垫面,应进行低影响开发建设。应按照因地制宜和经济高效的原则,结合不同区域水文地质、水资源、水环境、水安全等特点及技术经济分析进行设置。城市绿地与广场低影响开发对象包括公园绿地、防护绿地及广场用地。
“Sponge City of Shaanxi Province Planning and Design Guide” was released and implemented. The Guidelines state that sponge city construction only guides the design of low-impact urban development. It is mentioned that buildings and communities, urban roads, green spaces and plazas, urban water systems and other typical urban underlying surface should be low-impact development and construction. Should be in accordance with local conditions and the principle of cost-effective, combined with different regions of hydrogeology, water resources, water environment, water security and other characteristics of economic and technical settings. Urban green space and plaza low impact development object includes park green space, protective green space and square land.
