近两年来,有的地质队反映,用70~100目孕镶人造金刚石钻头钻进花岗岩、硅化板岩、石英砂岩等地层,以皂化油、松香酸钠或癸脂钠皂作冲洗液、连续用两个班就成汤浆,岩粉不易沉淀,孔内钻具回转阻力大,高转速开不上去.因此每隔1~2个班要换一次冲洗液,大大增加了润滑剂的消耗量,又影响了纯钻进时间.针对这一情况,我们在湖南305队一矿区开展了研究工作.该区地层为完整中细粒黑云母二长花岗岩,可钻性6~9级,少部分10级;水质矿化度低,含钙、镁离子30ppm.
