目前,磷酸过滤系统真空过滤机的洗水分布器结构多数采用L型,材质为316L不锈钢。在生产使用中,由于冲洗水来源主要为生产系统产生的污水,温度高,腐蚀性强,分布器使用不足6月便出现底板被腐蚀泄漏的情况,导致冲盘水量分布不均匀,洗涤效果下降。同时L型的洗水分布器结构复杂,造价高,维修不便。为此,对洗水分布器的材质及结构进行了改进。现作以下介绍。1洗水分布器的改进方案将原有洗水分布器材质由316L改为PP(聚丙烯),结构由L型改为长方形水槽,水槽设于水管的出水口下方(见图1)。出水管
