番茄叶片及试管苗茎段组织培养

本试验所采用的培养基是MS(62)培养基减去CoCl_2·6H_2O,同时把其原配方中的烟酸份量及维生素B_6份量提高10倍,维生素B_1份量提高40倍。附加的植物激素有激动素(K),吲哚乙酸(IAA)及萘乙酸(NAA)。K与IAA的相互剂量及比值,在诱发叶片愈伤组织分化出芽时以K_4IAA_4的效应最好。诱发出根方面,对叶片愈伤组织分化形成的苗株来说,以K_0NAA_(0.2)最有效,对试管苗株茎段来说则K_0IAA_(0.2)及K_0NAA_(0.2)均有良好效应。 The culture medium used in this experiment was MS (62) medium minus CoCl 2 .6H 2 O, and the content of niacin and vitamin B 6 in the original formula was increased by 10 times and the content of vitamin B 1 by 40 times. Additional plant hormones are Kinetin, IAA and NAA. K and IAA dose and ratio of each other, in inducing leaf callus differentiation buds K_4IAA_4 the best effect. In root induction, K_0NAA_ (0.2) was most effective for the seedlings formed by differentiation of leaf callus. However, K_0IAA_ (0.2) and K_0NAA_ (0.2) had the best effect on stem segments of test tube plantlets.
