基建工程量和生产剥采比是露天矿建设和生产的两项重要技术经济指标。先进的采剥工艺将给矿山建设和生产期间带来巨大的经济效益。而陡帮分期开采工艺是减少矿山基建工程最和初期生产剥采比的有效技术措施。从而可以缩短建设时间,有效使用建设资金,合理摊销生产费用,改善露采的经济效果。本文以某石墨矿为例,用可行性研究的经济计算方法,考虑了时间价值的因素,对陡帮和缓帮两种采矿工艺编制了财务平衡表,用全投资贴现法计算了贷款基建投资偿还期、盈利总额以及投资收益率。经过技术论证和经济计算表明,在已有设备条件下,陡帮分期工艺可使产最增加1倍,盈利总额增加了1.13倍,投资收益率提高了13.86%,而基建贷款偿还期缩短了一半。经济效果是非常显著的。

After technical demonstration and economic calculation, it shows that under the existing equipment conditions, the steep-to-help staging process can double the capacity, increase the total profit by 1.13 times, increase the return on investment by 13.86%, and reduce the repayment period of infrastructure loans by half . The economic effect is very significant.
