This article reports the results of praziquantel outpatient (or home delivery) treatment of 410 cases of schistosomiasis. Among them, there were 406 cases of early chronic phase and 4 cases of advanced stage. There were 44 cases (10.7%) with complications. Before and after treatment in this group of patients were treated with Kato improved stool test, of which 210 cases were simultaneously hatched test and assessment of efficacy.
