通过教学实践发现,辅助臂在推铅球时所起的作用很重要。１导向作用当身体重心由右侧支撑开时向左侧支撑移动时,眼睛应注视着左前臂向左上方的摆动,直至身体转向正前方。身体的转动就好象是在左臂的引导和带动下进行的一样。这样做有利于完成铅球出手前的挺胸抬头和背弓的动作。
