周围血管疾病,在下肢动脉测定过程中,以踝关节周围最为敏感,因而直接选择下肢踝段测定,可明显判别踝段以上的动脉通畅和病变情况。踝段软组织少、血管浅表(描记图形清晰、数据稳定)、易重复、测试简便,直接在此段进行无创性定量测定血管壁的弹性及血管充盈度的变化,比用下肢近心段更为敏感和客观。本文运用直接式阻抗血流图仪,测定正常人的踝段血流图,试图提供临床诊断和药物治疗前后对比时参考。现将测定结果报告如下:
