离子交换树脂固相比色法在近年来已有报导。用铬青R与铍、高分子胺的三元络合物已有报导。本文以铍与铬青R的二元络合物,用强碱性阴离子交换树脂富集,在波长545nm处测定。本法适用于天然水中微量铍的测定。 (一)试剂与仪器铍标准溶液:配制1ml=1.00μgBe~(2+)溶液(稀硫酸介质)。铬青R:0.10%水溶液,一周内稳定。掩蔽剂:含3%DTPA与0.5%EDTA混合溶液,调pH=9。缓冲溶液:NH_4Cl-NH_4OH 1M缓冲溶液, pH=9.3。强碱性阴离子交换树脂:717~#氯型,120-140目。
Ion exchange resin solid colorimetric method has been reported in recent years. Ternary complexes with chromium R and beryllium and polymeric amines have been reported. In this paper, beryllium and Chromium R binary complexes with strong basic anion exchange resin enrichment, measured at a wavelength of 545nm. This Law applies to the determination of trace beryllium in natural water. (A) reagents and equipment beryllium standard solution: Preparation 1ml = 1.00μgBe ~ (2+) solution (dilute sulfuric acid medium). Chromium R: 0.10% aqueous solution, stable within a week. Masking agent: containing 3% DTPA and 0.5% EDTA mixed solution, adjusted pH = 9. Buffer solution: NH_4Cl-NH_4OH 1M buffer solution, pH = 9.3. Strongly basic anion exchange resin: 717 ~ # chlorine type, 120-140 mesh.
