目的:探讨一次性扩宫棒用于未育妇女人工流产的临床治疗效果;方法:将肇庆市高要区人口和计划生育服务站2014年12月1日至2016年6月30日460例未育妇女早孕人流患者分为观察组和观察组,两组在手术前均常规会阴消毒、铺巾、妇科检查下行人流术,观察组使用廊坊市伊宁医疗器械有限公司生产的一次性使用宫颈扩张棒进行人流手术,对照组使用传统的金属Hegar扩宫器进行人流手术,观察两组的宫颈松弛程度,受术者疼痛程度、手术时间、出血量及时间、人流综合征、人流不全的发生率等并比较。结果:观察组总有效率为100%;对照组总有效率为80%,两组相比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组镇痛总有效率为86.5%,对照组镇痛有效率为40.0%,两组相比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组人工流产综合征发生3例,发生率为1.3%,对照组人工流产综合征发生23例,发生率为10.0%,两组相比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);结论:采用一次性扩宫棒具有良好的宫颈扩张效果,手术后患者疼痛感轻,人工流产综合征发生率小。

In the observation group, 3 cases of induced abortion syndrome occurred, the incidence rate was 1.3%. In the control group, 23 cases occurred with induced abortion syndrome (P <0.05). CONCLUSION: The use of one-time gastrectomy rod has a good cervical dilatation effect. The postoperative pain relief is mild and the incidence of induced abortion syndrome is small .
