白内障治疗药“治障宁”滴眼液的主药是5,12二氢喹恶啉骈[2,3—b]吩嗪的磺酸钠盐。可用邻苯二胺在盐酸溶液中经三氯化铁氧化、环合制得2,3二氨基吩嗪盐酸盐与2-氨基-3羟基吩嗪盐酸盐的混合物。现革除了分离操作,将反应产物精制后直接与邻苯二胺环合成5,12二氢喹恶啉骈[2,3—b]吩嗪,具有操作简便、产品的收率高、纯度好,成本低等优点。再用65%发烟硫酸磺化,制得的“治障宁”其紫外光谱在294±1nm处有最大吸收(与国外厂商提供的“法可灵”质量标准相符);若用氯磺酸磺化,所得产品的紫外光谱在298±1nm处有最大吸收(与国外“法可灵”滴眼液商品的实测数据相似)。从薄层层析与纸层析得知:“治障宁”、“法可灵”及国内其他同类产品都不是单一的纯品,其成分有得进一步研究。
