在实际工作中,人们经常会碰到这样的现象:拥有高学历的员工,业绩却并不理想;而低学历的员工,其事业却非常成功。显然,把学历、资历或经验作为衡量员工能力的唯一标准有失偏颇。但企业在管理中,根据员工的学历、资历、经验,甚至关系等确定员工的录用与任免的情况却比比皆是。因此,采用能力水平预测一个人在工作上是否能成功,比用其他指标更为准确、有效。
In the actual work, people often encounter this phenomenon: employees with high academic qualifications, performance is not ideal; and low-educated employees, their career is very successful. Obviously, taking the qualifications, qualifications, or experience as the only measure of employee competence is biased. However, in the management of enterprises, it is common to determine the recruitment and appointment of employees based on their qualifications, qualifications, experience, and even relationships. Therefore, using ability levels to predict whether a person is successful at work is more accurate and effective than using other indicators.
