目的 探讨做好新时期医院科研管理工作的思路。方法以自己参加国家自然科学基金委赴美科学基金管理培训班的亲身感受谈新时期医院科研管理中应该注意的问题。结论 1、人才对国家和医院的发展很重要 ,创造一个能吸引人才的环境更重要 ;2、跨学科研究、鼓励科技人员流动对创新性学术思想的产生影响深远 ;3、知识经济的正常发展必须解决好两个问题 ,一要营造一个利于知识生产和传播的环境 ,二要建立一套正确识别和保护知识产权的措施 ;4、美国科学基金会发展的经验值得医院科学基金管理借鉴 ;5、开创医院科技事业新局面应当注意充分发挥科技人员的聪明才智 ,加强知识和技术创新 ,重视科研支撑条件建设 ,加快科技成果的转化。
Objective To explore the ideas for doing a good job in hospital scientific research management in the new era. Methods To discuss the issues that should be paid attention to in the research management of hospitals in the new period by taking part in the personal experience of the National Natural Science Foundation of China to the U.S. Science Fund Management Training Course. Conclusion 1. Talents are very important for the development of the country and hospitals. It is more important to create an environment that can attract talents. 2. Interdisciplinary research and encouragement of the flow of scientists and technicians have a profound impact on innovative academic ideas. 3. The normal development of knowledge economy. Two issues must be solved: one is to create an environment conducive to knowledge production and dissemination, and the other is to establish a set of measures for the correct identification and protection of intellectual property rights; 4. The experience of the development of the American Science Foundation is worth learning from the management of hospital science funds; 5 In order to create a new situation in the hospital’s scientific and technological undertakings, we should pay attention to giving full play to the wisdom and intelligence of scientific and technological personnel, strengthen knowledge and technological innovation, attach importance to the construction of scientific research support conditions, and accelerate the transformation of scientific and technological achievements.
