本文通过55米~3高炉的冶炼试验获得了包钢烧结矿及球团矿的冶炼特性及在炉内的破损情况。为了进行对比,并对白云矿高氧化镁的包钢烧结矿及太钢烧结矿进行冶炼试验。 通过试验确定了包钢烧结矿及球团矿冶炼性能差、容易结瘤的主要原因是该矿软熔温度低、膨胀粉化高,而其中碱金属及氟的循环富集造成的破坏作用起了决定性的影响。文中并提出了改进包钢烧结矿及球团矿冶炼性能的措施。
In this paper, the smelting properties of Baotou Steel sinter and pellets and the damage in the furnace were obtained through the smelting test of 55 m ~ 3 blast furnace. For the sake of comparison, metallurgical tests were carried out on Baotou sinter of Baoyun mine with high magnesia and sinter of Taigang. The main reason of poor smelting performance and easy nodulation of sinter and pellet in Baotou Steel is the low melting temperature and high expansion and pulverization of Baotou Steel, and the destructive effect caused by the cycle enrichment of alkali metals and fluorine The decisive impact. In the paper, the measures to improve the smelting performance of Baotou Sinter and pellet are put forward.
