吞服腐蚀剂引起食管损伤早已周知。但直至1970年始有Pemberton报告某些治疗药物也能引起类似的损伤。本文报告作者们最近收治的一例由尿禁必灵(emepronium bromide,Cetiprin)所引起的食管溃疡,并复习近年来各家报告的由8种不同药物所致食管损伤41例(其中9例因此而死亡),以期引起对这种医源性疾病的警惕。
Swallowing corrosive agents that cause esophageal damage has long been known. But until the beginning of 1970 Pemberton reported that certain therapies also caused similar injuries. This article reports the authors recently treated an example of esophageal ulcer caused by emepronium bromide (Cetiprin) and reviewed the reports of 41 cases of esophageal injury caused by 8 different drugs reported in recent years (9 of which Death) in order to arouse vigilance against this iatrogenic disease.
