长期以来,农民工的职业和社会身份处于一种分离的状态。他们作为产业工人的重要组成部分虽然已经得到承认,但其市民身份得到整个社会的认同还需要社会政策的支持、国家制度的安排才能最终实现。
For a long time, migrant workers have a separate occupation and social status. Although they have been recognized as an important part of the industrial workers, their identification with the whole society needs the support of social policies and the final arrangement of the state system can be finally realized.
