纳氏囊肿是慢性宫颈炎中常见的一种病理类型,以前临床上多采用传统的治疗方法如电烙、重铬酸银直接烧灼治疗。最近我科用CO_2激光治愈宫颈重度纳氏囊肿1例,现报道如下: 患者:牛△△、女、40岁、已婚,从1978年6月确诊为重度宫颈糜烂,先后用电烙方法治疗四次,重铬酸银直接烧灼治疗三次,在治疗的过程中逐步形成宫颈纳氏囊肿,1991年9月来我科就诊,妇科检查见整个宫颈表面被无数纳氏囊肿覆盖,囊肿最大0.8×0.7cm~2,最小0.3×0.4cm~2,宫颈肥大。
