‘雪兰红’葡萄是以‘左优红’作母本,‘北冰红’为父本杂交育成。果穗圆锥形,单穗质量145.2g,果粒圆形,单粒质量1.39g。果皮蓝黑色,果肉绿色,无肉囊。果实可溶性固形物含量16.2%~21.8%,总酸12.4~15.6g·L-1,单宁0.333~0.398g·L-1,出汁率55.3%~62.1%。酿制干红山葡萄酒,酒质好。在吉林省东南地区栽培9月中下旬果实成熟。抗寒,丰产,产量20.3t·hm-2,比对照品种‘左优红’增产16.0%。
