阴道恶性肿瘤出现阴道分泌物增多、恶臭、不规则阴道出血、性交出血均可能抑制性欲,产生性反应低下,甚至性交困难.术后放疗能严重影响病人性功能.性交停止者占43%,性交次数减少者占40%,放疗后比手术后产生更严重性功能障碍.
