目的:考察含氧化锌晶须复合填料对牙科复合树脂机械性能的影响。方法:采用机械共混法制备含氧化锌晶须、纳米二氧化硅填料复合树脂,SEM观察其表面形貌和分散情况,并考察表面处理的氧化锌晶须复合填料对复合树脂的挠曲强度、压缩强度和挠曲弹性模量的影响。结果:氧化锌晶须复合填料添加比为70%时复合树脂的综合力学性能最好,其挠曲强度、压缩强度和挠曲弹性模量分别为(87.16±2.86)MPa、(156.61±7.62)MPa和(2.32±0.17)GPa。结论:氧化锌晶须复合填料的加入能改善牙科复合树脂的机械性能,满足临床使用要求。
Objective: To investigate the effect of zinc oxide whisker composite filler on the mechanical properties of dental composite resin. Methods: Mechanical compaction method was used to prepare composite resin containing zinc oxide whiskers and nano-silica filler. The surface morphology and dispersion of the composites were observed by SEM. The flexural strength of composite resin with zinc oxide whisker composite filler , Compressive strength and flexural modulus of elasticity. Results: The composite mechanical properties of composites were the best when the additive ratio of ZnO whiskers was 70%. The flexural strength, compressive strength and flexural modulus were (87.16 ± 2.86) MPa and (156.61 ± 7.62) MPa and (2.32 ± 0.17) GPa. Conclusion: The addition of zinc oxide whisker composite filler can improve the mechanical properties of dental composite resin and meet the clinical requirements.
