波纹杂毛虫(Cyclophragma undans Walker)幼虫感染波纹杂毛虫核多角体病毒(简称CuNPV)初期,行动呆滞,食欲不振,体色变为深褐色。死后内脏液化,体壁易破,流出茶色脓液,不臭。室内毒效测定,CuNPV0.4×10~8PIB/ml能使6—8龄波纹杂毛虫幼虫死亡率高达94.7%。 CuNPV的多角体呈三角形、四边形、五边形和不规则的多边形。大小为1.8—2.9μm,少数可达4.0μm。多粒包埋,多数为2—4个。病毒粒子杆状,大小为250—300×30—40nm。多角体蛋白质晶格为点线型,两点的中心距离约为4.4nm。晶格点的直径为2.5nm。病毒束外面有一层共同的疏松蛋白质膜包围,膜厚为15—20μm。病毒粒子经直接释放的DNA,在电镜下呈松弛的开环状分子和闭环状分子,平均长度为36.1μm。分子量为71.12×10~6道尔顿。经试验鉴定本病毒为CuNPV。 CuNPV的安全试验结果表明,对脊椎动物未发现不安全之处。

DNA directly released by virions, open-lobed molecules and closed-loop molecules under electron microscopy with an average length of 36.1 μm. The molecular weight of 71.12 × 10 ~ 6 Dalton. The experiment identified the virus as CuNPV. The safety test results of CuNPV show that no insecure problems have been found in vertebrates.
