卟啉试剂的衍生物用于测定锌,国内外文献已有报导。由于某些元素的严重干扰,迄今还未见到应用于复杂的矿石分析。本文参照继续进行了工作,又提出了一个适应某些矿石中微量锌的灵敏度高、操作简便、快速的测定方法。 1.主要试剂和仪器: (1)锌标准溶液:2μg锌/ml. (2)乙酸-乙酸钠缓冲溶液:pH4.5,称取无水乙酸钠100g,溶于500ml水中,加冰乙酸120ml,用水稀释到11。 (3)α、β、γ、δ-四(对磺基苯)卟啉〔TPPS_4〕:Na_4C_(44)O_(24)H_(54)N_4S_4分子量1243 14,自制,制备1.0×10~(-4)M和0.02%溶液。
Derivatives of porphyrin reagents for the determination of zinc have been reported in the literature. Due to the serious interference of some elements, so far not seen for complex ore analysis. With reference to continue the work, this paper also proposed a high sensitive, simple and rapid method for determination of trace zinc in some ores. 1.
