以新疆无核白葡萄为材料 ,研究采前生长调节剂喷穗处理对葡萄浆果采后落粒的影响 ,结果表明 :NAA和GA3 喷穗处理后 ,浆果内源IAA和GA3 含量增加 ,ABA含量降低 ;果柄耐拉力提高。外源ABA喷穗处理 ,可降低浆果内源IAA和GA3 的含量 ,明显提高内源ABA的含量。乙稀利喷穗可增加浆果内源GA3 的含量 ,提高内源ABA的含量 ,对内源IAA含量有降低作用。ABA和乙稀利喷穗则使果柄的耐拉力明显降低。采前NAA和GA3 喷穗可明显减轻无核白葡萄浆果采后落粒
The results showed that the contents of IAA and GA3 in berry increased with the treatment of NAA and GA3 spikes, and the content of ABA Reduce; fruit stalk resistance increased. Exogenous ABA spike treatment can reduce the endogenous IAA and GA3 content of berries, significantly increase the content of endogenous ABA. The spikelet of ethylene could increase the content of endogenous GA3, increase the content of endogenous ABA, and reduce the content of endogenous IAA. ABA and Brix spikes reduced the resistance of the stalk to apposition. Pre-harvest NAA and GA3 spikes can significantly reduce seedless white grape berry post-harvest drop
