教育环境创设是幼儿教师必备的一项专业能力。目前,许多教师在班级主题环境创设方面还存在忽略空间的充分利用、忽视幼儿的主体参与、讲求装饰的视觉效果、欠缺动态的发展轨迹、缺乏对家长必要的指导等问题。为此,教师在创设班级主题环境时应基于幼儿的学习与发展,充分利用室内外活动空间,创设可引发幼儿自主交流、讨论、操作、探索和游戏的互动性立体主题环境;满足幼儿自主参与的需要,引导幼儿亲历规划、收集、制作、表征、布置等主题环境创设的全过程;追随幼儿的兴趣和关键经验,动态调整和同步呈现主题活动推进脉络及幼儿学习与发展轨迹,使幼儿真正成为环境的主人。
