随着旅游业被提升为国民经济的战略性支柱产业以来,旅游人才特别是适应两大战略目标要求的企业管理人才、专业技术人才、投资创业人才等尤其缺乏,现在外语导游、专业的景区讲解员、宾馆饭店的主管领班都不能适应发展需求。本文分析了旅游管理本科专业人才的培养现状,阐述了应用型旅游管理专业本科实践教学体系构建的必要性,最后提出了构建新的实践教学体系的目标、原则、思路和措施,阐述了实施旅游管理应用型人才实践教学体系的方法和相应措施。
