继1994年青岛提出“学上海,赶大连”后,大连就一直是青岛学习的榜样。自2000年后,从经济总量指标来看,青岛多数超过大连;可论起人均经济指标,还是大连超过青岛的多。究竟是何种能量使大连具有源源不断的发展后劲,使其常年成为青岛的学习楷模?在东亚经济合作论坛的会场间隙,本刊记者独家专访了大连市副市长戴玉林,听他讲述大连“永动机”的秘诀。
Following the 1994 Qingdao proposed “learn Shanghai, catch Dalian ”, Dalian has been a model for learning in Qingdao. Since 2000, from the point of view of total economic output, most of Qingdao surpass Dalian; they can be regarded as per capita economic indicators or more than Dalian. After all, what kind of energy makes Dalian have a steady stream of development potential, making it a model for studying all year round in Qingdao? During the forum of the East Asian Economic Cooperation, our correspondent interviewed Dai Yulin, vice mayor of Dalian City, listening to him about Dalian “Perpetual motion machine ” secret.
