目的探讨急性心肌梗死(AMI)患者介入治疗后口服通心络胶囊对血清内皮细胞微粒(EMPs)和基质金属蛋白酶9(MMP-9)水平的影响。方法随机选取我院2013年8月至2016年1月收治的AMI患者144例,均接受PCI治疗,将患者通过随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各72例,对照组介入术后常规治疗,观察组在此基础上口服通心络胶囊。对两组患者PCI手术前和术后7天的EMPs和MMP-9水平进行检测。结果 PCI治疗后两组患者EMPs水平和MMP-9水平均比手术前有显著下降,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),且观察组患者EMPs水平和MMP-9水平低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者PCI手术前和手术7天后血清MMP-9和EMPs水平均呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论 AMI患者介入治疗后进行基础治疗联合通心络胶囊有利于降低外周血EMPs和MMP-9水平,维持血管内斑块稳定性,改善血管内皮细胞功能。
Objective To investigate the effect of oral Tongxinluo Capsule on the levels of serum endothelial cell particles (EMPs) and matrix metalloproteinase 9 (MMP-9) in patients with acute myocardial infarction (AMI) after interventional therapy. Methods A total of 144 AMI patients admitted to our hospital from August 2013 to January 2016 were enrolled in this study. All patients underwent PCI. The patients were divided into observation group and control group by random number table, Treatment, observation group on the basis of oral Tongxinluo capsule. EMPs and MMP-9 levels were measured before and 7 days after PCI in both groups. Results EMPs and MMP-9 levels in both groups after PCI were significantly lower than those before surgery (P <0.05), and the levels of EMPs and MMP-9 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group Statistically significant (P <0.05). There was a positive correlation between serum MMP-9 and EMPs levels before PCI and 7 days after operation in both groups (P <0.05). Conclusion After interventional therapy in AMI patients, basic treatment combined with Tongxinluo capsule can reduce the levels of EMPs and MMP-9 in peripheral blood, maintain the stability of vascular plaque and improve the function of vascular endothelial cells.
