当弯曲金属板时,通常用查表法、经验法和试验法决定直料的长度。不过,这些方法一般不能令人满意。这是因为所需料板的长度不仅取决于弯曲半径、板料厚度和弯曲角度,而且还取决于被弯曲的材料。通过求解一系列方程式决定料长是较好的方法。这种方法对所有材料均适用,可以计算材料的弯曲余量和弯曲长度。如果已经掌握了材料的强度和延伸性指标的话,可直接运用这些方程式。否则,就应先用简单的弯曲试验确定材料的性能指标,然后将其代入方程式中,求解特定弯曲的各项数值。
When bending the metal plate, usually using the look-up table method, empirical method and test method to determine the length of the material. However, these methods are generally unsatisfactory. This is because the length of the desired plate depends not only on the bending radius, sheet thickness and bending angle, but also on the material being bent. It is a good idea to determine the length of the material by solving a series of equations. This method is suitable for all materials and allows calculation of the material’s bending allowance and bending length. If you have mastered the material strength and extension of the words, you can directly use these equations. Otherwise, you should first use a simple bending test to determine the performance of materials, and then into the equation to solve the specific value of the bending.
