应用一水硫酸氢钠催化乙醇与肉桂酸的酯化反应 ,合成了肉桂酸乙酯。研究结果表明 ,硫酸氢钠具有较高的催化活性。考察了肉桂酸 /乙醇摩尔比、催化剂用量及反应时间对酯产率的影响。在典型反应条件 (肉桂酸 /乙醇 /硫酸氢钠的摩尔比 =1:19:0 .5 1,回流 3h)下 ,所得肉桂酸乙酯的产率为 97.1%。该催化剂易于回收且可重复使用。
The esterification of ethanol with cinnamic acid was catalyzed by sodium bisulfate monohydrate, and ethyl cinnamate was synthesized. The results show that sodium bisulfate has high catalytic activity. The effects of molar ratio of cinnamic acid to ethanol, amount of catalyst and reaction time on the yield of ester were investigated. The yield of ethyl cinnamate was 97.1% under the typical reaction conditions (molar ratio of cinnamic acid / ethanol / sodium hydrogen sulfate = 1: 19: 0.51, reflux 3h). The catalyst is easy to recycle and reusable.
