患者,男,29岁.因婚后5年不育,双侧阴囊堕胀疼痛3个月,于1991年3月11日入院。既往健康,性生活正常。曾在外院行睾丸活检,报告正常。体检:男性第二性征明显,外生殖器发育良好;包皮过长,但可上翻;两侧阴囊于站立位时可触及迂曲扩张的静脉团块,以右侧稍著;睾丸约3.5×2.5×2.5cm
Patient, male, 29 years old. Five years after marriage, infertility, bilateral scrotum falling pain for 3 months, March 11, 1991 admitted. Past health, normal sex life. Had a testicular biopsy outside the hospital, the report normal. Physical examination: male secondary sexual characteristics obvious, genital development is good; the foreskin is too long, but can be turned over; both sides of the scrotum in the standing position can reach tortuous dilation of the vein mass, slightly to the right; testis about 3.5 × 2.5 × 2.5cm
