随着社会的不断发展与进步,煤炭企业得到了快速的发展。煤炭企业作为资源性企业,其建设周期与资本回收期比较长,前期投入也比较大,对建设资金的需求非常多。与此同时,在煤炭企业建设投入正常生产经营之后,因为井下生产环境较为特殊,需要投入大量的经营资金与后期建设资金。传统融资模式已经无法满足煤炭企业长期、持续、大量的资金需求,需要对融资模式进行创新,适应现代煤炭企业的发展。本文主要对几种创新融资模式进行分析。
With the continuous development and progress of the society, the coal enterprises have witnessed rapid development. As a resource-based enterprise, the coal enterprise has a long construction period and a long payback period, with a relatively large initial investment and a huge demand for construction funds. At the same time, after the construction of coal enterprises has been put into normal production and operation, because the downhole production environment is rather special, it needs to invest a large amount of operating funds and post-construction funds. The traditional financing model has been unable to meet the long-term, sustained and large-scale funding needs of coal enterprises. Innovative financing models need to be adapted to the development of modern coal enterprises. This article mainly analyzes several innovative financing modes.
