施胶是生产疏水性纸张过程中的一段工艺。它能增加液体渗透阻力,使纸张更适合印刷。在中性或弱碱性造纸系统中,AKD是最常用的施胶剂,可与CaCO3填料一起应用。因此,所生产出的纸张具有较好的化学稳定性和耐用性。对不同等级标签纸的AKD分析结果已有一些报道和讨论。众所周知,施胶效果取决于纤维、填料和施胶剂的性质,也与pH、系统温度、接触时间和干燥方法有关。大量研究结果表明,施胶剂的化学性质,如活性物质的百分比,AKD结构中C16/C18链的比例,杂质的含量,以及促进剂的添加,都显著影响着施胶效果,可以通过纸张中AKD的留着量以及吸附和化学结合部分的比例来表示。
Sizing is a process in the production of hydrophobic paper. It increases liquid penetration resistance and makes paper more suitable for printing. AKD is the most commonly used sizing agent in neutral or weakly alkaline papermaking systems and can be used with CaCO3 fillers. Therefore, the produced paper has better chemical stability and durability. There have been some reports and discussions on the AKD results of different grades of label paper. It is well-known that the sizing effect depends on the nature of the fibers, fillers and sizing agents and also on the pH, system temperature, contact time and drying method. Numerous studies have shown that the chemical properties of the sizing agent, such as the percentage of actives, the proportion of C16 / C18 chains in the AKD structure, the amount of impurities, and the addition of promoters, significantly affect the sizing effect, AKD retention and adsorption and chemical binding part of the ratio to represent.
