随着我国建筑业快速发展,对现有建筑的加固维护改造也越来越受到业内人士的重视。资料显示,发达国家建设总投资的40%以上用于建筑维修和加固,不足60%用于新建建筑的建设,随着环保、绿色、节能理念的渐入人心,这一趋势必将对我国建筑业的发展产生重大影响。本文主要阐述了大连某大厦各加固改造施工工艺、技术要求,以期为同行提供帮助。
With the rapid development of China’s construction industry, more and more people in the industry are attaching importance to the reinforcement and renovation of existing buildings. Statistics show that more than 40% of the total investment in developed countries is used for building maintenance and reinforcement, and less than 60% is used for the construction of new buildings.
