绝缘泡沫砖是我院试验的一种新的绝热材料,此种材料,为具有多孔性细小封闭气泡结构,单位重量轻,导热系数低,可以切削加工,且具有较高强度的建筑材料,尤其在当前缺乏水泥的情况下此种材料是可以代替泡沫混凝土,作为冷库及外暖气管道等工程的绝热、保温材料,可以节约大量水泥,对加速建成社会主义社会是有着积极作用的.兹将我们试验的点滴经验介绍于下: 绝缘泡沫砖是用粘土(粘土中含氧化铝较高者为佳),加水调制成粘土浆(泥浆),和预先以胶、松香、碱泡沫剂,调制好的乳化泡沫,混合搅拌,然后再加入少量石膏(半水石膏),使其搅拌均匀后,经过干燥送入窑内(焙烧绝缘泡沫砖可利用普通砖窑)以摄氏950度温度焙烧,即成绝缘泡沫砖.
