《语书》是睡虎地出土的一件秦代南郡守腾对当地官员的告示文书。通过对这篇文书的解读我们惊奇的发现,在当时的社会条件下居然有一整套对于不称职官员的惩罚措施与巡视检查制度,这些措施与方法对于我们今天治理贪腐更有其重要的参考价值。
“Language Book” is a tiger unearthed in South Qin Shouteng Qin officials on the notice of the instruments. Through the interpretation of this instrument, we were surprised to find that there are actually a set of punitive measures and inspections and inspection systems for incompetent officials under the social conditions at that time. These measures and methods are more important reference values for our management of corruption today .
