格兰杰因果关系检验表明,在1978~2008年,农业生产资料-粮食相对价格的变动会引起农业产出的变动,而不是相反。计量分析进一步确定了这种关系:它们之间呈显著的负相关。因此,降低农业生产资料-粮食相对价格将会促进农业增长。这需要提高农民的市场谈判力,因而需要农户之间的专业化合作。在内部治理机制既定的条件下,专业化合作又取决于农户之间以及农户与政府之间的外部治理机制的构建和完善。
The Granger causality test shows that from 1978 to 2008, changes in the relative prices of agricultural means of production - grain relative to grain - have caused changes in agricultural output, not the other way round. The econometric analysis further confirms this relationship: there is a significant negative correlation between them. Therefore, reducing the means of agricultural means of production - the relative price of foodstuffs will promote agricultural growth. This needs to increase peasants’ market power and therefore requires specialized cooperation among farmers. Under the conditions of the internal governance mechanism, the specialization depends on the construction and improvement of the external governance mechanism between farmers and farmers and the government.
