以石油醚为溶剂利用索氏提取法提取了荔枝果肉、果核、果皮的油脂。油样品先用正己烷溶解,再用甲醇定容,其中正己烷含量为20%(v/v)。用Hypersil ODS2 5μm色谱柱,甲醇为流动相,对所提油脂中α、γ-(β)、δ3种构型维生素E(VE)进行测定。试验结果表明,在204nm波长下,α-维生素E(VE)、γ-维生素E(VE)、δ-维生素E(VE)在0~200μg/m L范围内与峰面积有良好的线性关系,标准曲线相关系数r均大于0.9978,α-VE、γ-VE、δ-VE加标平均回收率分别为97.92%、96.59%、99.93%。
Using petroleum ether as solvent, the oil of litchi pulp, fruit core and peel was extracted by Soxhlet extraction. Oil samples were first dissolved in n-hexane and then methanol. The n-hexane content was 20% (v / v). Hypersil ODS2 5μm column and methanol were used as the mobile phase to determine the content of α, γ- (β) and δ-forms of vitamin E (VE). The results showed that there was a good linear relationship between the peak area and the content of α-vitamin E (VE), γ-vitamin E (VE) and δ-vitamin E (VE) in the range of 0 ~ 200 μg / The correlation coefficient r of the standard curve was greater than 0.9978. The average recoveries of α-VE, γ-VE and δ-VE were 97.92%, 96.59% and 99.93% respectively.
