异丙酚已被广泛应用于儿童麻醉和镇静。靶控输注在成人已应用多年,但是儿童药动学参数和靶控输注的应用还需要进一步的研究。儿童的生理特点决定了儿童药动学的特殊性,近年来许多学者已经开始对儿童异丙酚的药动学进行了一些研究,但是这些结果并没有得到多数学者的公认。为了更好地研究儿童异丙酚的药动学,并将其应用于临床,该文就儿童异丙酚的药动学有关研究作一综述。
Propofol has been widely used in children for anesthesia and sedation. Targeted infusion has been used in adults for many years, but the application of pediatric pharmacokinetic parameters and target controlled infusion needs further study. Children’s physiological characteristics determine the particularity of children’s pharmacokinetics. In recent years, many scholars have begun to carry out some studies on the pharmacokinetics of children’s propofol, but these results have not been recognized by most scholars. In order to better study the pharmacokinetics of propofol in children and apply it in clinic, this article reviews the pharmacokinetics of propofol in children.
