The human capital, intellectual capital and financial capital investment in the entire knowledge-based economy system interaction, the formation of the region’s knowledge-based economic output. We describe these outputs using four indicators, labor productivity, average monthly income, regional employment levels and regional output intensity (millions of dollars per square kilometer). At present, the global economy is slowly recovering from the crisis. The first to face the economic crisis is the financial and manufacturing industries in various countries.
