目的：探讨在常规标准抗心力衰竭药物治疗的基础上加用阿托伐他汀20 mg/d对非缺血性慢性心力衰竭BNP的影响。方法83例非缺血性慢性心力衰竭患者随机分为阿托伐他汀组和对照组。对照组予以常规抗心力衰竭药物治疗。阿托伐他汀组在此基础上予以阿托伐他汀20mg/d，分别在治疗前和8w时测定BNP。结果阿托伐他汀组治疗8w后BNP与对照组比较，差异有统计学意义(<0.05)。结论非缺血性慢性心力衰竭在常规应用抗心力衰竭的基础上加用阿托伐他汀20mg/d是安全有效的，可明显降低BNP。“,”Objective To investigate the effects of BNP of 20mg atorvastatin on Patients with Chronic non-ischemic heart failure patients. Methods 83 non-ischemic heart failure patients were equally randomized to receive usual care alone (control group ) or receive usual care combined 20mg atorvastatin (atorvastatin group ) ,the levels of BNP before and after treatment were measured and compared. Results Compared with control group, the levels of BNP were decreased significantly.Conclusion Effect of atorvastatin on decreasing the level of BNP may be beneficial for patients with Chronic non-ischemic Heart Failure.
