在建立孔型斜轧几何模型的基础上对螺旋高翅片管孔型斜轧变形区的运动规律进行研究,发现轴向延伸与变形区轧件圆周旋转速度的分布有关.在变形区轧件从咬入到轧出圆周旋转速度存在递增的趋势,在孔型等螺距的情况下使轴向速度也在递增,这是导致轧件轴向延伸的本质原因.通过理论分析给出了轴向延伸率的理论计算公式,用两种规格的坯管在不同的压下量下进行轧制实验,结果表明延伸率的计算值与实测值基本吻合.
